Freelancer Management creates a dedicated employee experience on top of the Odoo Portal. Instead of handing every employee a full backend user, you can activate portal access directly from the employee form and let staff work from a focused self-service space built around their own attendance, profile visibility, personal reporting, and employee-safe portal interactions.
Internal HR and managers continue to operate from the dedicated Portal Employees backend app where they get dashboard visibility, employee filtering, reporting menus, and settings. The result is a cleaner employee experience without forcing every staff member into full backend access.

Install the module and activate the required HR apps. The employee portal experience, backend reporting, and portal employee management become available from the same module.
Activate Employees
Open an employee record and use Create Portal User. The employee is linked as a portal employee and becomes part of the backend Portal Employees workflow and dashboard visibility.
Employees Start Using the Portal
