Module to manage python packages

A consistent and effortless interface for managing Python packages.

Provide Python package installation feature to the currently running Python environment.

Feature access is only available in developer mode.

Package installation successes and failures are notified to the user through a notification method.

Module is compatible with both the Enterprise and Community versions.
