Configuration

Open Odoo ▶ Go to Apps ▶ Search Module name ▶ Install.

Usage

Once the installation is done, “Account Statement” option becomes visible. To see, Go to the Accounting App > Reporting > Account Statement.

Here, you can see the list of customers with their account statement. By clicking on a particular customer, you can see more details regarding their Account Statement.

You can download the Account Statement by clicking on the “PDF” button. You can even export this Account Statement on a sheet by clicking on the “XLSX” button.

You can also download the account statement as a pdf or excel sheet of a particular customer and even can send an email to that particular customer. For doing this, click on Accounting > Customers > Customers.

Here you can see the profile of all your customers. Click on any particular customer, In their profile, click on more and then click on Accounting Statement.

Here you find the Account Statement for this particular customer.

To export this Account in a PDF file, just click on the PDF button. Your Account Statement will be downloaded as a PDF.

You can do the same for export in excel sheet. Click on the XLSX button.

You can send an email to this specific customer, along with an attached Account Statement PDF. Simply click the "SEND EMAIL" button, and an email pop-up will appear. The default email text is already prepared, but feel free to modify it as needed. Once you're ready, click on "SEND Email" to send it.
