Overview
This module provides a comprehensive Customer Account Statement for Odoo 18 that restores the Opening Balance feature removed from standard reports. Generate professional account statements with PDF/Excel export, email sending, and full bilingual support (Arabic RTL / English LTR).
The report automatically detects the user's language and switches between Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) for all elements including the wizard interface, PDF report, Excel export, and email templates.
Use Case: Perfect for accountants who need to view partner account statements with opening balances, track running balances throughout the period, send statements via email, and generate professional reports for clients or auditors.

How It Works
| Step 1: Go to Accounting → Reports → Customer Account Statement |
| Step 2: Select date range, partners, and account type (Receivable / Payable / Both) |
| Step 3: Click "Export PDF", "Export Excel", or "Send Email" to generate and share the report |
