定期的な顧客回収のための全銀口座振替請求ファイルを生成 —— Odooの請求書から直接、そして銀行の返信ファイルで消込。

定期的な顧客回収を、日本のやり方で

日本では、定期的なB2C・B2Bの回収は銀行の口座振替（預金口座振替）の 仕組みで行われます。企業は、回収を委託する銀行へ、引き落とす顧客・口座・金額を一つの 振替日でまとめた固定長の全銀ファイルを渡します。本アプリは、その ファイルを最初から最後まで生成し、銀行の返信ファイルを読み込んで、どの引き落としが 完了したかを正確に把握できるようにします。

本物の全銀フォーマット

公表された120バイト固定長の口座振替レコード群を生成します —— ヘッダー （データ区分1、種別コード91）、顧客ごとに1件のデータレコード（区分2）、コントロール 合計を持つトレーラー（区分8）、エンドレコード（区分9）。すべてのレコードは、ファイル 出力前に正確に120バイトであることが検証されます。

半角カナ、Shift_JIS

顧客名・会社名は、銀行が許容する1バイトの半角カナに折りたたまれます —— 全角カナ・ひらがな・全角ASCIIはすべて変換され、濁点・半濁点は分解され（ガ → ｶﾞ）、 ファイルはShift_JISでエンコードされます。

請求書から作成

計上済みの顧客請求書を選び、ワンクリックで回収バッチを作成します。金額は顧客ごとに ネットされ、銀行口座情報は取引先の口座振替用銀行口座から取得され、生成準備の整った ドラフトバッチが作成されます。

返信ファイルで消込

銀行の返信ファイルを取り込むと、レコードごとの振替結果コード（回収済み、残高不足、 該当口座なし、停止、依頼なし）が各明細に突合されます。回収・失敗の件数と金額が バッチに集計されます。

口座振替のレコード構成

レコード データ区分 用途
ヘッダー 1 委託者コード・名称、引き落とし日、決済口座。
データ 2 顧客ごとに1件：銀行、支店、口座、預金者名、円金額。
トレーラー 8 コントロール合計：件数と合計円金額。
エンド 9 ファイル終端。

本モジュールは純粋なファイル生成・消込ツールです。銀行のデータ伝送チャネル（Anser、 インターネットバンキングのファイルアップロード、ホスト間連携）が取り込む全銀口座振替の ペイロードを正確に生成し、銀行が返す返信ファイルを読み込みます。アップロードと ダウンロードはご自身の銀行認証情報で行います —— 本アプリがお客様に代わって送信する ことはなく、当社の銀行情報を一切保持しません。Odooコミュニティ版 18・19で動作します。

Japan Furikae Direct Debit (口座振替)

Generate Zengin furikae direct-debit collection files for recurring customer payments — straight from Odoo invoices, then reconcile the bank's return file.

Collect recurring customer payments the Japanese way

In Japan recurring B2C and B2B collections run through the bank furikae (口座振替) deposit-account direct-debit scheme: a company hands its collecting bank a fixed-width Zengin (全銀) file listing the customers, accounts and amounts to debit on a single debit date. This app builds that file end to end and reads back the bank's return file so you know exactly which debits cleared.

Real Zengin format, half-width katakana

Produces the 120-byte fixed-width record set (Header type 91, Data per customer, Trailer control totals, End), each validated to exactly 120 bytes. Names are folded to single-byte half-width katakana with marks decomposed (ガ → ｶﾞ), encoded in Shift_JIS.

Build from invoices & reconcile

Build a collection batch from posted invoices in one click; import the bank's return file and the per-record result codes (collected, insufficient funds, no account, stop, no mandate) are matched back onto each line.

BYOK — bring your own bank connection

A pure file generator and reconciler. It produces the exact Zengin furikae payload your bank's data-transmission channel (Anser, internet banking, host-to-host) consumes, and reads the return file your bank sends back. You upload and download through your own bank credentials — the app never transmits on your behalf. Works on Odoo Community 18 and 19.
