Axepta BNP Paribas V2 is the next-generation payment solution by BNP Paribas, designed for merchants who need a modern, secure, and multi-method payment experience. Built on the REST API V2 with OAuth2 authentication, this module brings the full power of Axepta's Hosted Payment Page (HPP) into your Odoo 18 e-commerce.
Unlike the legacy V1 integration (Blowfish encryption, card-only), this module supports 7 distinct payment methods plus a "show all" mode — all in a single module, each independently activatable from the Odoo back office. Your customers are redirected to Axepta's Hosted Payment Page where they complete their payment securely, with full 3D Secure 2 support.

The activation of each payment method depends on your Axepta BNP Paribas contract. You enable/disable each method independently in Odoo, but it must also be active on the BNP side.
Instanea — Instant Bank Transfer
Receive instant bank transfers from your customers.
Instanea is BNP Paribas's payment initiation solution based on PSD2 (Payment Services Directive 2), leveraging SEPA Instant Credit Transfer to offer a revolutionary payment experience for both merchants and customers.
How It Works
The Instanea payment flow is designed for simplicity and speed:
- The customer selects Instanea at checkout in your Odoo shop
- They are redirected to the secure Axepta payment page
- They enter their IBAN and account holder name, then confirm the payment
- The bank processes the SEPA Instant transfer in real time
- Funds appear on the merchant's account within seconds
- The customer is redirected back to Odoo with a confirmed order
Perfect for: High-value orders, B2B transactions, subscriptions, and any scenario where instant confirmation and zero chargeback risk are critical. Instanea is particularly suited for merchants selling electronics, luxury goods, furniture, or services where card chargebacks are a concern.

Installation and Configuration
Setting up Axepta BNP Paribas payments is simple, fast, and perfectly integrated with Odoo.
- Install the module via your Odoo back office.
No external Python library required. The module uses Axepta's REST API V2 directly.
- Obtain your Axepta credentials
Contact BNP Paribas or log in to the Axepta back office to retrieve your Merchant ID and API Key.
- Configure the provider in Odoo
Go to Invoicing > Configuration > Payment Providers, open the Axepta BNP Paribas provider, enter your Merchant ID and API Key, and set the state to Test or Enabled.
- Activate the payment methods you need
In the Payment Methods tab, enable the methods relevant to your business. Make sure they are also active on your Axepta contract.

Payment Methods in Action
BackEnd Configuration
The module ships with 7 pre-configured payment methods plus a "Pay with Axepta" mode that shows all available methods. Enable only the ones relevant to your business and active on your Axepta contract.
FrontEnd Checkout
On the website, enabled payment methods are displayed to customers at checkout. Each method redirects to the Axepta Hosted Payment Page where the customer completes the payment.

The module is fully compatible with all Odoo payment scenarios:

Order Confirmation
Once the payment is validated on Axepta's side, the customer is automatically redirected to Odoo. The transaction status is updated both via the return URL and via webhook notification for maximum reliability. The order is confirmed seamlessly.
Payment Transactions
All Axepta payment transactions are visible in the Odoo backend with full traceability: payment method used, Axepta Pay ID, transaction status, and provider reference.
