Enable the Print Payment Details in Invoice.
After creating an invoice make the payment partially or completely. We can see the Option for enabling the payment details can be appeared near to the customer field. After enabling this click on the print button.

We can see all the payment details of the invoice in the report. And we can also see the payment status of the invoice

Once the module is installed, the printed (PDF) version of the invoice will include a section listing all payments related to the invoice.
