Sales Target Management for SalesPerson in Odoo

This Odoo apps helps to manage sales target for salesperson and sales team. User can set the target for individual sales person and sales team for a specific period and also send email to a particular sale person and resposible with targeted details. You can set sales target based on specific date internal which helps to generate sales target for monthly, quarterly or for specific date period. We have provided option to achieve target based on sales order confirmation and while invoice is paid.

Complete Workflow for Sales Target Management for Salesperson in Odoo

First the Sales Manager needs to set up sales targets for salespersons. The Sales Manager can assign Currency for the Sales Target. After that, salespersons can view their targets and track their achievements.


Manage Sales Target for SalesPerson Basic Setting

1. Only Sales Manager can Create Sales Target for Sales persons.

2. Validation... Target amount should be greater than 0(Zero).

3. Here, We have 3 target points- Sale Order Confirm- Invoice Validation- Invoice Paid

4. Once Manage confirm the Sales Target. Salesperson get the email notification.After Sales Target confirmation, all fields values are readonly.

5. Target Point : Sale Order Confirm, Once Salesperson confirm any Quotation(Sales Order) between sales target start date and end date,it will automatically reflect in Sales Target record..

6. User try to create 'Target Point : Sale Order Confirm' with same sales person for same date range then raise warning..

7.Theoretical Achivement.

8. Target Point : Invoice Validation,Once Salesperson validate any Invoice between sales target start date and end date,it will automatically reflect in Sales Target record.

9. User try to create 'Target Point : Invoice Validation or Paid' with same sales person for same date range then raise warning.

10. Target Point : Invoice Paid, Once any Invoice is paid of that salesperson between sales target start date and end date,it will automatically reflect in Sales Target record.

11. Validation... User can close sales target after End Date.

12. Once manager close the sales target, state will be change to Close and salesperson get the email notification.

13. Email notification manually : Manager can send email manually from Send Mail button to Salesperson.

14. Access Rights : Salesperson can view only own sales target.
