What it does
This light-weight asset integrates a premium PDF button directly inside Odooâs pivot view command panel, positioned seamlessly next to Odoo's native Excel downloader. Access Pivot View
Open any Odoo module (Sales, Invoicing, Purchase, Inventory) and switch to the standard Pivot View.
Trigger Download
Locate the brand new PDF icon button next to the default XLSX button in the top left, and click it.
Instant Processing
A sleek, brief overlay appears indicating "Generating PDF..." as it compiles style rules and grids.
Automatic Save
The pixel-perfect PDF document is compiled and downloaded straight to your standard directory. Overlay dismisses automatically.
Installation & Setup
Get up and running in less than 3 minutes.
Extract Archive
Unzip the downloaded license folder on your workspace or local directory.
Add to Addons
Place the extracted pivot2pdf directory inside your custom Odoo addons path (e.g. custom_addons/pivot2pdf).
Enable Developer Mode
Go to **Settings** and click **Activate the developer mode** near the bottom right.
Update App Registry
Navigate to Odoo **Apps**, click **Update Apps List** in the top menu bar, and confirm the update dialog.
Install Module
Search for "Pivot to PDF" in the Apps module search bar, and click the **Install** button. The pivot panel upgrades automatically.
