Go to setting and groups assign the group "PNL Monthly XLXS Report" to User You want to give him access
The purpose is to have Access specific User
User Groups
Add Users in the order line
Next to print go to Accounting/Reporting
Accounting Reporting
Put the Date Rang and Print the Report

See the Print Result
