Confirm multiple RFQs in one click from Purchase Orders list view using a simple validation wizard
Features
Bulk Confirm in One Action: Confirm multiple Purchase Orders with a single click.
State-Based Filtering: Only Draft and RFQ Sent Purchase Orders are confirmed.
Safe Validation Before Processing: Shows a warning if no selected orders can be confirmed.
Improves Purchasing Productivity: Saves time by confirming multiple Purchase Orders at once.
Live Order and Skipped Counters: Displays how many orders will be confirmed and skipped.
Screenshots
Go to Purchase -> RQF, Select records for which you want to change state to "Purchase Order".
Click on Actions, then click on "Confirm Purchase Orders".
A Pop-up will appear and will show your selected RQF's, Click on Confirm Orders.
- Warning: It will appear when order is already in purchase order state.
State is changed for selected orders.
