Purchase Order to Sale Order Line Creation for Odoo 18
This module adds an Import from Purchase Order button on draft Sale Orders. Open the wizard, select a Purchase Order, and create or update sale order lines in one click copying product, quantity, UoM, unit price, and taxes. Optional custom fields (barcode, bale number, lot number) are supported; lines with the same product and barcode are updated instead of duplicated.

Create sale order lines from any purchase order with one click on draft sale orders.

Sale Order – Import from Purchase Order
On a draft Sale Order, use the "Import from Purchase Order" button in the header to create sale order lines from an existing purchase order.
Import from Purchase Order Wizard
Select a Purchase Order from the dropdown. The wizard shows the current Sale Order and lets you choose which PO to import lines from.
Create Sale Order Lines
Click "Create Sale Order Lines" to copy all PO lines (product, quantity, UoM, unit price, taxes) to the sale order. Custom fields such as barcode, bale number, and lot number are copied when available.
Sale Order Lines Result
Sale order lines are created or updated from the selected Purchase Order. Existing lines with the same product and barcode are updated; otherwise new lines are added.
