Portal Event Kiosk Module is helpful for users who want an event registration desk to scan the tickets of attendees and perform functionality from website.

Key Features of Portal Event Kiosk

  • Scan Attendee Barcode and add them to event attended list.
  • Reduces human effort in manually entering attedee details and increase productivity.
  • Enhance Security Protocol by preventing unauthorized individuals entering the event premises.
  • Warns Security personals if the attendee had registered but havent paid for the ticket yet.
  • Prevents Multiple Check-In for single ticket.
  • No configuration required at all.
Events and their Attendees
  • From Event Kanban view you can Look for your event and also number of attendees expected for the specific event.
Send Email to Attendees
  • From Attendees user can send email to attendees along with their specific registration badge.
  • This Registration badge will contain a unique barcode which applies to specific attendee.
Portal Home Page
  • From Portal Home Page Portal Users can see the events section from which registration desk can be accessed.
  • On Clicking on specific event, Registration desk for the following event gets started.
Event Kiosk
  • This Event Kiosk once activated, it will allow user to scan event tickets using barcode scanner and show popup message as per the status of particular ticket.
Invalid Ticket Popup
  • If the user scans the invalid ticket warning message displays on the screen for invalid ticket
Valid Ticket Popup
  • If the user scans the Valid ticket popups message displays on the screen Showing the ticket Details
Prevent multiple Check-In
  • If user scans the barcode more tha once it displays a popup showing attendee already attended the event.

yes, you can manage multiple kiosks for multiple events at a time.
