Partner Portal Catalog & History extends the native Odoo 18 portal so that each business partner sees only the products, sales, and purchases that are relevant to them — determined by the product categories you assign directly on the contact form.
- Assign one or more product.category records per partner — child categories are included automatically.
- Only published products from the allowed category tree are visible in the portal.
- Child contacts inherit access from their commercial (parent) partner automatically.
- Printable PDF reports for both the product catalog and sales history with one click.

Each partner sees a personalised catalog of published products filtered by their assigned categories. Live search, stock status badges, and price display included.
Recursive Category Filtering
Assign a parent category and all child categories are automatically included. No need to manually list every sub-category — the module expands them recursively.
Category-Based Sales History
Partners can review their confirmed sales lines filtered by the same recursive category logic. Date filters, sorting, and a one-click printable PDF report.
Purchase History
Confirmed purchase order lines filtered by product category give vendors and partners a clear picture of what they have ordered and when.
Live Dashboard & KPIs
A consolidated dashboard shows published products, stock coverage %, sales revenue, purchase amounts, category scope, and recent activity — all updated in real time.
Commercial Partner Inheritance
Child contacts (employees, branch users) automatically inherit the category access of their commercial parent company — no extra configuration needed.

Install the Module
Copy the folder to your addons path, restart the server, and install Partner Portal Catalog & History from the Apps menu.
Assign Categories
Open the commercial partner contact form and set one or more Portal Product Categories. Child categories are expanded automatically.
Publish Products
Make sure the relevant products are published on the website. Only published products within the allowed category tree will appear in the portal.
Grant Portal Access
Grant the partner user portal access. They can immediately browse My Products, My Sales, My Purchases, and the Dashboard.
