Create Product in POS with Barcode / Assign barcode to product
Overview
This App enhances Odoo's POS barcode scanning functionality for product management. When a scanned barcode doesn't match existing products, it provides a manual selection popup allowing users to select from existing products or create new products with the scanned barcode directly from the POS interface.

How It Works
POS Configuration - Enable "Scan to create new product" setting.
Select Existing Product - Search and select from available products.

Product Form View - Newly created product with assigned barcode.
Notes
- Feature must be enabled in POS Configuration settings.
- Barcode must be unique and not assigned to existing products.
- New products follow standard Odoo product creation rules.
- Product category and price have also been added to the product.
