This module requires a valid Merchant App Key for activation. After successfully downloading the app, kindly reach out to support@paynation.us to obtain your credentials and enable the integration.

How to Install

Open your Odoo ERP System ▶ Apps ▶ Install POS PayNation module.

POS CardPointe Terminal Integration : Enable PayNation Terminal
Go to Point of Sale â Configuration â Settings and Search for âTerminalâ and enable PayNation Terminal.

Create Payment Method for PayNation : Go to Point of Sale â Configuration â Payment Methods and create a new PayNation method
Get Devices button to fetch available CardPointe terminals linked to your PayNation account.

Payment Screen Of POS with PayNation Terminal : On the POS payment screen, select the POS PayNation method to process payments via the connected CardPointe terminal.
1.Open the POS store and add products.
2.Go to the payment screen and choose PayNation Terminal.
3.A green dot indicates an active connection; red indicates disconnection.
4.When the âPayNationâ option is selected, the order amount is sent directly to the terminal for payment authorization.

POS Terminal Void Process:PayNation transactions can be voided if they are not yet batched.
A âVoid Paymentâ button is available on the POS payment line to void such transactions.

Refund Process Flow: Click on the Return Product button in POS to initiate a refund.
