Google Map integration
Integrates the Google API Key to display live driver and vehicle locations on an interactive dashboard. This eliminates uncertainty and delays by viewing your entire fleet's movements in real-time, enabling immediate, informed decisions for better route planning and response times.
Streamlined Driver management
Create and manage dedicated driver profiles, assign them to vehicles and provide personalized Odoo login access. This helps in improving accountability and security by clearly linking drivers to specific assets and granting them necessary access, simplifying your workforce organization and reducing unauthorized use.
Automated Attendance & Working hours
The app automatically logs check-in and check-out times based on driver login. Get accurate attendance data without manual input - helping you evaluate driver performance and stay compliant with working hour policies.
Comprehensive Vehicle management
Maintain detailed records for every vehicle, from number and model to active status. Keep your fleet data organized and always up to date, so you can make informed decisions on usage and maintenance.
Google Map API
- Google Map API – Enter the Google Maps API Key and save; the map becomes visible for driver tracking.
Employee
- Employee – Create employees via the Employee menu by entering name, email, phone, mobile, vehicle number and vehicle type.
- Create User – Click this button to generate a portal user for the selected employee.
Attendence
- Attendance / Logged-in Status – Logged-in drivers are highlighted in green, showing their login time. Logout times are recorded when the driver logs out, and worked hours are automatically calculated and displayed.
Map View
- Map View – Driver locations are displayed on a map, with logged-in drivers highlighted in green and logged-out drivers in red; selecting a specific driver shows only their location, while selecting all shows locations of all drivers.
Portal User Login
- Map View – Allows portal users to access their accounts with secure authentication, view relevant information, and perform permitted actions based on their access rights.

The map displays driver locations in real time. Logged-in drivers are shown in green and logged-out drivers in red. You can select a specific driver to view only their location or select all to see all drivers simultaneously.
Drivers can be added via the Employee menu by entering their name, email, phone, vehicle number, and vehicle type. A portal user account can also be created for them separately.
Portal users can log in using their registered credentials to view assigned tasks, vehicle details, trips, and other permitted actions. Admins can manage portal user accounts.
