Pragtech All In One Cancel
The Pragtech All In One Cancel module simplifies transaction cancellations in Odoo. It allows users to cancel sale orders, purchase orders, invoices, payments, inventory transfers, stock moves, scrap orders, landed costs, HR expenses, and POS orders. With bulk cancellation from the tree view, it saves time and ensures smooth record management.
Cancel Sale Orders:
Allows users to cancel individual or multiple orders with the following options:
- Cancel Only
- Cancel and Reset to Draft
- Cancel and Delete
- Optionally cancel related delivery orders, invoices and payments.
Cancel Purchase Orders:
Allows users to cancel individual or multiple orders
- Cancel Only
- Cancel and Reset to Draft
- Cancel and Delete
- Optionally cancel related Receipt, Bill and Payment.
Cancel Invoice and Payment:
Allows users to cancel individual or multiple invoice (from the tree view) with the following options:
- Cancel Only
- Cancel and Reset to Draft
- Cancel and Delete
Cancel Inventory:
Users can cancel individual stock pickings, scrap orders and stock moves, as well as multiple orders with the following options:
- Cancel Only
- Cancel and Reset to Draft
- Cancel and Delete
Cancel Landed Cost:
Allows users to cancel individual or multiple records
- Cancel Only
- Cancel and Reset to Draft
- Cancel and Delete
Cancel Point of Sale Orders:
Allows users to cancel single or multiple records
- Cancel Only
- Cancel and Reset to Draft
- Cancel and Delete
- Optionally cancel related delivery orders, invoices and payments.
Cancel Manufacturing Order:
Allows users to cancel single or multiple records
- Cancel Only
- Cancel and Reset to Draft
- Cancel and Delete
- Optionally cancel related Chile MO based on the boolean.
How to Install the module
To install the module you need to go to the Apps menu and remove the filter from the search bar and type the module name pragtech_all_in_one_cancel and click on the Active button.
Configuration
To configure this module, go to Settings > Users & Companies > Users. Select a user, then navigate to the Access Rights tab. Under All In One Cancel, enable the cancellation feature for the required modules. This allows users to cancel records based on their access permissions.
- Sale order: Enable the sales Cancel Feature
- Purchase order: Enable the Purchase Cancel Feature
- Invoice & Payment: Enable the Account Cancel Feature
- POS Order: Enable the POS Order cancel Feature
- Landed cost: Enable the Landed Cost Cancel Feature
- Inventory Transfer: Stock Cancel Feature
Cancel Sale Orders:
To configure Sale Order Cancellation, go to Sales > Configuration > Settings. Under Sale Order Cancel Configuration, choose from Cancel Only, Cancel and Reset to Draft, or Cancel and Delete. To cancel related delivery orders, invoices and payments, enable the respective options.
Cancel only:
We created a sale order along with its related delivery order and invoice.
Click the "Cancel" button to cancel the sale order, along with its related delivery order and invoice, based on the configuration.
After canceling the sale order, its status changes to "Cancelled”, and the product quantity is updated.
After canceling the sale order, the delivery order is also canceled if "Cancel Delivery Order" is enabled.
After canceling the sale order, related invoice also Cancelled if “Cancel Invoice and Payment” is enabled.
Cancel and Reset to Draft :
To cancel and reset the sale order to draft, enable the required configuration.
We created a sale order along with its related delivery order and invoice.
Click the "Cancel" button to cancel the sale order, along with its related delivery order and invoice, based on the configuration.
After canceling the sale order, its status changes to "Draft", and the product quantity is updated.
Cancel and Delete:
To cancel and delete the sale order, enable the required configuration.

Click the "Cancel" button to cancel the sale order, along with its related delivery order and invoice, based on the configuration.
After canceling the sale order, sale order and related delivery order and invoice deleted, and the product quantity is updated.
For Muliple records:
To cancel multiple records, select the desired records, click "Actions," and choose from Cancel Only, Cancel and Reset to Draft, or Cancel and Delete based on your requirement.
Cancel only:
Select the record and click "Cancel" to cancel the selected orders and state is “Cancelled”
Cancel and Reset to Draft:
Select the record and click "Cancel and Reset to Draft " to cancel the selected orders.
After cancelling order is cancel and state reset to draft
Cancel and Delete:
Select the record and click "Cancel and Delete" to cancel the selected orders.
After cancelling order is cancel and deleted.
