MO creation restriction

Managers see only the BoMs assigned to them, allowing focused and efficient approval handling.

User–Manager mapping
Users are linked to their manager via Employee ID, ensuring the approval flow is routed correctly.
BoM status tracking
The BoM state automatically updates to ‘Waiting for Approval’ on submission, making tracking easier for both users and managers.
MO validation message
If a user attempts to create an MO without an approved BoM, the system blocks it with a clear validation message, enforcing process compliance.

BOM User
User Access Page
Each user should have an Employee ID, and they must be assigned to a manager. This is required to keep the approval flow working properly.
When a particular user logs in, creates a new BOM, and clicks the 'Send for Approval' button, the state is updated to 'Waiting for Approval.

When a particular manager logs in, they should see a 'BOMs Waiting for Approval' menu that displays only the BOM records assigned to them and currently in the 'Waiting for Approval' state
(Approve Process) - That particular open ,showing approve,reject button ,once approve button click approved state updated
(Reject Process) – When the Reject button is clicked, a wizard pops up to enter the rejection reason. After clicking the Reject button in the wizard, the BOM state is updated to 'Rejected
Log Management - All the activities are tracked in the BOM logs.
MO Process
If the BOM is not approved, the Manufacturing Order (MO) cannot be created and a validation message is shown
