Configuration

Manufacturing -----> Settings ---> Restriction

If the restriction option is selected, the application will not allow the production of finished products unless the work orders in the manufacturing order are completed.

Dynamic weights of the finished product

Dynamic weights are updated based on the qty of the finished products, the unit weight will be fetched from the product master.

Simplification of BOM

Instead of manually selecting the components, add the smart wizard to choose the items from the select products option.

Able to create the BOM from the product variants master.

Select the lines of products and choose create BOM then BOM form will open.

Select the finished product, UOM and create BOM.

Cancellation of Manufacturing Orders

Configuration

Manufacturing -----> Settings ---> Cancel manufacturing order

There are 2 set ups while cancelling MO to cancel both inventory moves and work order or optional.

Workflow of MO Cancellation process:

Confirmed MO.

Journal entries

Work orders

Stock moves

Cancelled MO - Once click the cancel button the MO status will be updated as cancelled

Journal entries - The journal entries will be deleted after cancelling the MO.

Work Orders - The Work orders will be cancelled after cancelling the MO.

Stock Moves - The created Stock moves will be cancelled and reverse stock moves will be created after cancelling the MO.
