This module provides multiple stages in cases where multiple approvals are required before a purchase order can be confirmed and gives you control over what happens at each stage.

1. First of all you need permission Purchase Approval Stages

2. Here you can create your approval stages

3. About approval stage options

  • Responsibles: Users who can approve this stage.
  • Companies: Companies available at this stage in the purchase order. If it is empty, approval stage will be available for all companies.
  • Can Cancel PO: If you want to allow responsibles see cancel button.
  • Can Send Email: If you want to allow responsibles see send email button.
  • Send Notification: Responsibles will get notification if there's PO has stage is related to them.
  • Skip Domain: You can set condition if occurred, approval stage will be skipped. Example: If you set total Purchase Responsible.

4. Here you can see PO with approval stages

5. If approval responsible want to return stage, he can return it to specific stage with Reason and Description

7. Here you can set your Approval Return Reasons

8. Note that the last approval stage will confirm PO automatically

9. Here we removed Cancel Button and Confirm RFQ server action to enable the approval stages to work in the best possible way
