Hi,

  1. Does the module work also for product variants?
  2. Editing a previously approved product doesn't seem to make the product in "Draft" status again for re-approval. Is this expected behavior?
  3. The Catalog link still allows for user to select a "Draft" (unapproved) product. Is this expected?

We have carefully reviewed your observations and understand that the features you suggested are important for improving the module workflow. Based on your inputs, we have implemented the following updates:

  • Product Variants: The module now supports product variants, and the approval workflow functions correctly at the variant level.
  • Re-approval on Edit: The behavior has been enhanced so that any changes made to an approved product will reset its status to Draft, ensuring it goes through the approval process again.
  • Catalog Selection: The Catalog has been updated to restrict the selection of Draft (unapproved) products, allowing only approved products to be selected.

These enhancements have been implemented to ensure a more robust and reliable approval workflow.
