Product Low Stock Report

Configure low stock thresholds globally or per item and view a dedicated low stock list report in Inventory.

Configuration

• Inventory > Configuration > Settings
• Apply On: choose Products or Product Variants
• Quantity Type: On Hand, Forecasted, or Free
• Minimum Quantity Based On: All Internal Locations or Warehouse Stock Location
• Warehouse: used when scope is Warehouse Stock Location
• Default Minimum Quantity: fallback minimum when per-item override is not set
• Product/Variant Minimum: set a specific minimum on the product or variant form
