How it work?
1. Easy Installation & Setup
After purchasing the product, download and install the application on your Odoo platform.
2. Configure the App
Select which Products are available and enable email alerts for 'Product availability' through simple configuration settings.
3. Emails Are Ready to Be Sent
'Product availability' emails will be sent out automatically to your selected recipients on schedule.Â
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Check "For Product Availability"
Select the For Product Availability check box in Mailing List
2. Send Product Availability Email via Action Menu
Recruiters can simply navigate to the 'Send Product Availability Email' option under the Action menu.
3. Automated Email Dispatch to Distributors
Once confirmed, emails about Available Products are automatically sent to all distributors at scheduled intervals, ensuring timely updates without manual effort.
