Enhance your sales process with real-time product availability directly on the Sale Order Line. This feature empowers sales teams to make faster, smarter decisions by instantly showing on-hand quantities, helping prevent stock issues and improve customer satisfaction.

1.Navigate to the Settings menu.

2.Click on the Users menu.

3.From the users list, select the user who needs access to view the on-hand quantity of products.

4.Enable the Quotation On hand Qty View option.

5.The user can now view product availability while selecting products in the Sale Order Line.
