Product Catalogue

Generate and customize beautiful product catalogues in minutes

The Product Catalogue module helps you quickly build and share catalogues tailored to your customers. Choose what to include, pick a layout, and produce a polished catalogue with minimal effort.

Key Features

  • Access-controlled catalogue generation for authorized users only.
  • Generate catalogues by selected products or categories.
  • If no selection is made, all products or categories are used.
  • Five different design options for catalogue layout.
  • Print product images in small, medium, or large sizes.
  • Select description fields to display in the catalogue.
  • Add custom header and footer pages to printed reports.
  • Print prices in a chosen currency and pricelist.
  • Choose details to include: price, description, UoM, internal reference, website link, category, and image.

How It Works

  1. Managers generate and view catalogues; users can only view.
  2. Use the "Product Catalogue" menu to access all catalogues.
  3. Open "Generate Product Catalogue" to launch the wizard.
  4. Select products, categories, and the fields you want to display.
  5. Print or send the catalogue to selected customers automatically.

Customization Options

Tailor the catalogue to your audience by adjusting layout, images, and content. Combine branding with product data for a professional result.

  • Design templates: five layout styles.
