The "Request Review" button added to the sale order page allows users to send a review request email to customers for a particular product. Upon clicking the button, an email template is opened with a link to the product review page.
Clicking the "Request Review" button triggers the opening of a mail template that includes a link to the product review page.
When the "Request Review" button is clicked, a mail template is opened which contains a direct link to the product review page. This allows customers to easily navigate to the review page and provide feedback.
A new "Request Rating" smart button has been added to the product page, which displays the product's average rating based on customer feedback. This enables users to quickly evaluate the product's popularity and quality, based on the accumulated customer rating.
By clicking the "Request Rating" smart button on the product page, users can view all customer ratings and feedback related to the product. This provides users with valuable insights into the product's strengths and weaknesses, enabling them to make informed decisions when evaluating the product.
The module includes a scheduled action that automatically sends an email requesting a product review to customers after they have made a purchase, according to pre-configured settings. This encourages customers to provide feedback and ratings, which can help improve product quality and increase sales.
Administrators have the privilege of accessing comprehensive product rating information through the dedicated "Product Review Rating" menu within the sales module. This functionality grants them visibility into all accumulated ratings and reviews provided by customers for various products, facilitating an in-depth analysis of customer feedback and sentiment pertaining to the company's offerings.
By selecting all review entries and navigating to the action menu, administrators can utilize the "Publish" option to effectively release all ratings and associated reviews to the online portal. This action will make the accumulated product ratings and customer feedback visible and accessible to the public, enhancing transparency and enabling potential customers to make informed decisions based on the shared experiences and sentiments of previous buyers.
Similarly, Administrators can opt to employ the "Unpublish" option, resulting in the retraction of all ratings and associated reviews from the online portal. This action effectively removes the visibility and accessibility of previously published product ratings and customer feedback.
By individually selecting a specific review from the list and utilizing the "Unpublish/Published" option, administrators can promptly eliminate/visible that particular review from the online portal.
Upon submitting a review, customers receive a successful pop-up notification confirming the successful submission of their feedback. Initially, this review remains unpublished, pending approval by administrators. Subsequently, administrators have the authority to publish the review from the "Product Review Rating" section.
