Project Task Approval and Rejection Workflow

Task Status Buttons: In Progress, Approve, Reject, Done

Interactive Task Workflow: In Progress, Approve, Reject, Done

This application provides buttons within the task form to manage task stages, including In Progress, Approve, Reject, and Done. When a user clicks on any of these buttons, the task status is updated accordingly, transitioning to the respective stage in the workflow.

Main Features:

  • Task Stage Management via Buttons: The application provides buttons on the project task form, enabling users to transition tasks between different stages with a click.
  • Role-based Access for Approval/Reject Buttons: The Approve and Reject buttons are accessible only to Project Managers, ensuring controlled task progression.
  • Stage Transitions for Users and Managers: Both Project Users and Project Managers can interact with the In Progress and Done buttons to update the task status accordingly.
  • Customizable Stage Configuration: Administrators can configure task stages and specify which button corresponds to each stage for seamless workflow management.
