Why Choose This Module
What it does Registo AL — store each property's Registo Nacional de Alojamento Local (RNAL) number, modalidade (moradia / apartamento / estabelecimento de hospedagem), capacity, parish/município and contacts. Reservas — record reservations per property and channel (Booking, Airbnb, direto…) with check-in/out, guests, nights and total, plus a per-property occupancy calendar. Taxa municipal turística — compute the municipal tourist tax worksheet by município (e.g. Lisboa, Porto): per-guest-per-night rate, the capped number of nights and any exemptions (children, etc.); the operator files/pays it through the município's own portal. Limpezas / turnover — schedule turnover cleaning between a check-out and the next check-in, assign the cleaner and track status. Calendário de canais — keep a simple availability calendar per property so double bookings across channels are caught.
