Features Anexo R: regularization lines classified by CIVA article (78.º, 78.º-A to 78.º-D, 23.º-26.º), routed to declaration field 40 (a favor do SP) or 41 (a favor do Estado), with certification (ROC/CC) and adquirente-communication flags and a hard check above the certification threshold. Anexo C: regional split of base and VAT across Continente / Açores / Madeira at the correct regional rates (23/13/6, 16/9/4, 22/12/5), with per-region totals. Period worksheet (monthly / quarterly) auto-filling the date range, with field 40/41 totals and a draft -> ready -> filed workflow. Import wizard to propose Anexo R lines from posted credit notes in the period. CSV export of both anexos for transcription at the Portal das Finanças.
