Limites isentos — seeded statutory per-diem and per-km tax-free limits, date-versioned, resolved per line date. Excesso tributável — automatic split of allowance into tax-free and taxable portions per line and per report. Aprovação — draft → submitted → approved → reimbursed workflow with refusal and reset. Resumo / CSV — per-employee taxable-allowance summary and CSV export for payroll.
