What it does Parâmetros estatutários — year-versioned statutory parameters (22 base vacation days, first-year days/month and cap, bonus days, one-month subsidy). Cálculo por trabalhador — vacation days entitled, bonus days reduced by unjustified absences, and the holiday subsidy prorated by the days actually worked in the reference year. Primeiro ano — automatic application of the first-year accrual rule and cap. Cessação de contrato — termination settlement worksheet with vacation pending from the prior year plus current-year proportionals for vacation, holiday subsidy and Christmas subsidy. Exportação CSV — per-year payroll worksheet export.
