restrictions, and maintain transparency in your approval workflow.

- Approval Delegation – Managers can delegate PO approval rights to selected users for a specific time period.
- Delegation Lifecycle – Manage delegations with clear states: Draft → Active → Revoked/Expired.
- Automatic Expiration – Delegations automatically expire at the end date (cron job runs daily).
- Approval Restrictions – Initiators cannot approve their own POs. / Restricted Users cannot approve any POs.
- Smart Approval Button – The Approve button is visible only for users who actually have the right.

Description:
1. Administrator assigns ‘PO Delegation Manager’ permission in user settings.
2. With this permission, the ‘Approval Delegation’ submenu appears under Purchase → Configuration.
3. Inside Approval Delegation, managers can create, edit, and manage delegation rules.
4. When delegation is active, the assigned user can approve purchase orders on behalf of the manager.
5. Track all delegations with clear status indicators: Draft, Active, Expired, or Revoked.
6. Administrator grants ‘Purchase Order Approval Restriction’ permission to control approvals.
7. If restricted, attempting to approve a purchase order displays a warning message.
8. Administrator enables ‘PO Initiator – Restriction Approval’ permission in user settings.
9. When enabled, users who created the order cannot approve it, ensuring compliance.
