Track & Manage Purchase Order Cancellations with Justification
This module enables purchase users and managers to provide a mandatory reason when canceling a purchase order. Additionally, it allows automatic email notifications to be sent to the vendor, informing them about the cancellation of the quotation or order.
Main Features:
Enables purchase order cancellation with a mandatory reason and reason details.
Displays the cancellation reason and details directly on the purchase order form.
Allows the purchase team to select and specify the reason for canceling a purchase order.
Provides an option to notify the vendor via email if the checkbox is selected in the cancellation wizard.
The Odoo standard purchase order cancellation process remains functional alongside the wizard.
