Enhance Purchase RFQs with Default Terms & Conditions

Set Default Terms & Conditions for Vendors in Purchase Orders

This module enables the Purchase Manager to define Terms & Conditions on the Vendor/Contact form. When a new Purchase Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Purchase Order is created, the system automatically populates these Terms & Conditions in the 'Notes' field of the Purchase RFQ/Purchase Order in Odoo.

Key Features:

  • Vendor-Specific Terms & Conditions Configuration: Configure Terms & Conditions directly on the Vendor/Contact form for each supplier.
  • Automated Terms & Conditions in Purchase RFQ: When creating a Purchase RFQ and selecting a vendor, the system automatically fetches the predefined Terms & Conditions from the vendor record and populates them in the 'Notes' field of the RFQ.
  • Seamless Integration with Purchase Orders: The same Terms & Conditions are carried over to the Purchase Order when converting an RFQ into an order.
