Purchase Order Merge
Merge multiple RFQs into a chosen destination purchase order in a few clicks.
Key Features
- Select multiple RFQs and merge them into one destination order.
- Choose the destination purchase order before merging.
- Merge lines by product, unit, packaging, analytic distribution, discount, and planned date.
- Automatically combine origins and vendor references.
- Cancel or delete the source orders after merging.
Only RFQs in Draft or Sent can be merged.
How It Works
- Open the Purchase Orders list (RFQ).
- Select the orders you want to merge.
- Click Action and choose Merge.
- Select the merge type (Cancel or Delete).
- Pick the destination purchase order and confirm.
Business Rules
- All selected RFQs must share the same vendor, currency, and destination address.
- The destination order must be one of the selected orders.
- Messages are posted on source and destination orders for traceability.
