Accessing Product Information in Purchase orders

1. Navigate to purchase → Orders → Quotations
2. Create a new quotation or select an existing one
3. Add products to the Purchase order
4. Select the product line for which you need additional information
5. Use the following keyboard shortcuts:

Shortcut Information Displayed

1. Ctrl + P | purchase History

2. Ctrl + S | sale History

3. Ctrl + I | Inventory (Stock Quantities)

4. Ctrl + M | Vendor purchase History (Own)

Viewing Stock Quantities

1. Select a product line in the Purchase order
2. Press Ctrl + I
3. A popup will display current stock quantities across all locations
4. Review available quantities to ensure product availability

Checking Purchase History

1. Select a product line in the Purchase order
2. Press Ctrl + P
3. A popup will display detailed purchase history including:
   - Purchase dates
   - Supplier information
   - Purchase prices
   - Quantities purchased

Reviewing purchase History

1. Select a product line in the Purchase order
2. Press Ctrl + S
3. A popup will display purchase history including:
   - Sale dates
   - Customer information
   - Sale prices

Checking Customer-Specific purchase History

1. Select a product line in the Purchase order
2. Press Ctrl + M
3. A popup will display the current vendor's purchase history for this product
