Generate a complete purchase register report in Odoo 18 with PDF and Excel export â covering POs, vendor bills, and debit notes in one place.
Standard Odoo Purchase reporting does not include a consolidated purchase register. This module adds a dedicated wizard-based report with advanced filters, an interactive list view, PDF printing, and Excel export â all accessible from Purchase â Reporting.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I run the report for a specific date range?
- Yes â the wizard includes Start Date and End Date fields. Set any date range and the report will show only purchase transactions (POs, bills, debit notes) within that period.
- Does the Excel export include all columns or just visible ones?
- The Excel export includes all report columns including optional fields. It is not limited to the columns currently visible in the list view.
- Can I filter by both vendor and date range at the same time?
- Yes â the wizard supports combining multiple filters simultaneously: vendor, date range, document state, and payment state all apply together.
- Is this module compatible with Odoo Community?
- Yes â compatible with Odoo 18.0 Community and Enterprise on Odoo.sh and On-Premise. Requires the Purchase module. Not available for Odoo Online (SaaS).
