Purchase Shipping
Add freight to purchase orders with a guided wizard that pulls delivery carriers, respects purchase currencies, and posts the shipping line with the right supplier taxes.
What it does
Select any delivery carrier that has a product configured; the wizard loads the carrier's fixed price as the shipping cost by default.
Creates a purchase order line with the carrier product, purchase description, unit of measure, and the correct supplier taxes.
Maps taxes through the purchase fiscal position and keeps the PO currency and company context so the amount matches your vendor bill.
How to use

Configure your delivery carriers with a product, supplier taxes, and fixed price.

Open a purchase order and click Add Shipping below the order lines.

Pick the carrier; adjust the suggested cost if needed, then confirm.

The shipping line is added to the PO with the proper taxes and ready for approval.
The wizard requires a carrier product so the shipping charge can be billed. Taxes come from the carrier supplier taxes and are mapped through the fiscal position when present.
