Overview

Quantum Access Manager lets you control what each user can see in Odoo. From the user form (Settings → Users & Companies → Users), open the Access Manager tab to configure per-user visibility for menus, fields, and report actions. No code required—everything is managed from the interface.

Features

• Menus — Select which app menus (and their sub-menus) are hidden for a user. Hidden menus do not appear in the main app menu for that user.
• Fields — Define which fields are hidden or read-only per user on form and list views. Choose Invisible (field not shown) or Readonly (visible but not editable).
• Reports — Hide specific report actions from the Print menu for selected users. Reports remain available to other users.

How to Use

1. Enable Technical Features (Settings → General Settings → Developer Tools).
2. Go to Settings → Users & Companies → Users and open a user.
3. Open the Access Manager tab (visible when Technical Features are on).
4. Use the Menus, Fields, and Reports sub-tabs to configure what is hidden or restricted for that user.
