The connector is available for Odoo 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 — both Enterprise and Community editions. The three latest versions (17, 18, and 19) are actively supported with new features and ongoing updates. Each Odoo version is a separate purchase. Odoo Online does not allow third-party apps and is not supported.

Nothing is changed or deleted in QuickBooks. The setup wizard guides you through importing your existing chart of accounts, contacts, and tax rates into Odoo.
QuickBooks accounts are matched and mapped to your Odoo accounts, and existing contacts are matched automatically by email, name, or phone — no duplicates created.
Every sync operation — exporting an invoice, importing a payment, and so on — runs as a job. Each job has its own status and details, so you can see exactly what happened and why without guessing.
Export status is also shown directly on every invoice and bill record in Odoo, along with the job transaction count. Nothing fails silently.
No special technical skills are required, but we recommend following our setup guide — we provide documentation and video tutorials covering every step, from connection to going live.

Purchases on Odoo Apps include 90 days of support from the date of purchase. Support tickets are handled by the developers who built the connector — not a general helpdesk.

Yes. The connector does not store your data anywhere and does not pass it through any kind of middleware or third-party service. It connects directly from your own Odoo instance to QuickBooks using QuickBooks' secure API — your data never leaves the two systems you control.
Yes. With one connector installation, you can connect multiple QuickBooks companies to multiple Odoo companies. Each connection has its own settings and account mapping, so you can keep separate books per company or region.
Yes. You can set an export date point so only invoices and bills created after a chosen date are exported, and set an export limit to control how many records sync per run. Automatic export and automatic payment import/export can each be toggled on or off independently.
Yes. Invoices and payments are exported and reconciled in the customer's original currency.
Yes. QuickBooks accounts, payment methods, payment terms, and journals are all mapped to the corresponding Odoo records.
Tax rates are imported directly from QuickBooks with one click and assigned to sale orders and invoices automatically based on the customer's location — so QuickBooks remains the single source of truth for US sales tax, with no separate maintenance in Odoo.

We had some teething issues with the app and documentation but the author was very helpful in resolving queries. It now works and our client has been live for a couple of days and it appears to be working well.
