Fleet Driver Attendance Tracker with Real-Time Image Capture
This application enables users with driver login access to capture their check-in and check-out photos. Aligned with the contract, this module ensures precise odometer and image records during the driver's check-in and check-out process.
Settings -> Users & Companies -> Users
When you install the module, an extra group named Driver Login is given under the Fleet.
Fleet -> Driver Attendances -> Driver Attendance
Only drivers who have logged in will be able to see the check-in/check-out image field.
Driver Attendance -> Check-in image -> upload
In the Driver Attendance wizard/popup, there will be a image field with camera icon by using that, we can take the current image while checking-in or checking-out. Once we captured and save the image. It will get updated in the field.
Attendance Form
In attendance form, both check-in and check-out image will get updated which can be used later for verifications.
Details against contract
In the contract, we can get the list of driver attendances with odometer readings and photos.
