Configuration
Enable the AI-Powered Digitization (RU3IX) in the accounting/invoicing settings:
- Go to Settings > Accounting/Invoicing Settings.
- Navigate to AI-Powered Digitization (RU3IX).
- Enable the HR Expenses option.
Disable the default Odoo document digitization in the Accounting/Invoicing & Expenses Settings.
Installation
System Requirements: - tesseract-ocr - poppler-utils - libgl1-mesa-glx - libglib2.0-0
Install using:
sudo apt-get install -y tesseract-ocr poppler-utils libgl1-mesa-glx libglib2.0-0
Install the "pytesseract", "pdf2image", "opencv-python-headless" python packages on your server before installing this module.
- Upload the Module:
Place the `r3x_hr_expenses_digitization` module folder into your Odoo's `addons` or `custom addons` directory.
- Update App List:
Navigate to Apps in the Odoo backend. Click on Update Apps List to include the new module.
- Install the Module:
Search for `Digitization of HR Expenses` in the Apps menu. Click Install to add the module to your Odoo instance.
