Send your customers a clean account statement on your own company letterhead — listing their open items and a full aged-receivables summary (Current / 0–30 / 31–60 / 61–90 / 90+) at the bottom. Print as of any date, or email it — now or scheduled — straight from the customer.
What sets it apart
A separate Statement Email per customer. Adds a dedicated Statement Email field on the customer, right under the main email — so statements go to their accounts / AR inbox while invoices keep going to their usual address. Falls back to the main email if left blank.
A built-in statement wizard. One Customer Statement button on the customer: choose the as-of date, then Print the PDF or Email it — immediately or scheduled for later. No exporting, no spreadsheets.
Three clicks to a statement
1. Open the customer
From any customer, click the Customer Statement button. No new screens to learn.
2. Pick the date
Choose the statement date (defaults to the end of last month). Open items and ageing are calculated as at that date.
3. Print or email
Print a PDF, or email it to the customer now — or schedule it to send later. Sent statements are logged on the customer.
Your letterhead, automatically. Statements use your company’s standard document layout (logo, colours, address) from Settings → Document Layout — no theming to redo.
Aged balance that reconciles. The open-items list and the aged summary are built from the same receivable journal items, so the Total Due always equals the sum of the open items.
Email now or schedule. Send immediately, or set a future date/time to queue the statement — to the main email or a dedicated statement email.
Open items + aged receivables, in one PDF
Every statement lists the customer’s open items — invoices, credit notes, opening balances and manual receivable entries — with their original total, amount paid and amount still due. Beneath that sits the aged-receivables table, bucketed by days past the due date (Current / 0–30 / 31–60 / 61–90 / 90+). Add your bank / EFT / remittance details in a configurable footer, and you have a complete statement of account ready to send.
