Set Up
Locate the EasyShip Multi-Carrier Shipping for Odoo: Rates, Labels & Pickup Scheduling within the Odoo Apps menu and click Install.
Navigate to Inventory >> Configuration >> Delivery
>> Shipping Methods. Create a new method and set the Provider to
EasyShip.
In the EasyShip Configuration tab, set the EasyShip
Environment (Test or Production) and insert the corresponding API key.
Assign a Default Packaging model to specify baseline dimensions
when fetching rates for standard shipments.
Work Flow
When a delivery or sales order is queried, Odoo evaluates
package weights, warehouse origin addresses, and customer destination addresses to prepare the
EasyShip API payload.
Odoo communicates securely with the EasyShip endpoint
using the active environment API credentials.
The system presents available rates. The user (or
website customer)
selects their preferred courier, saving the unique rate ID and provider name directly to the Odoo
sales order.
Click "Validate" to process the shipment. Status updates to Done.
Click "Generate EasyShip Label" to create and automatically attach the shipping label to
the delivery order.
Use the "Schedule EasyShip Pickup" button from the delivery order to initiate pickup.
The Shippo Pickup ID is recorded in the chatter for tracking.
