A Salesperson creates the draft, a CRM Team Leader reviews it, and a CRM Manager grants final pre-approval. Set Up

Download and install the Electricity Sales CRM in Odoo: Lead Generation to Installation Workflow module from the Odoo App Store.

Define Roles: Assign User rights for Salesperson, CRM Team Leader, and CRM Manager to appropriate staff members.

Work Flow

Lead Creation: A new lead is entered with a Name, Legal Name, and Lead Source.

Qualification: Moving the lead to "Awaiting Response" or "Qualified" triggers a validation popup for contact info and sends an automated email to the client.

Scheduling: The user clicks to Book Appointment. Notifications are sent to the assigned user and the logged-in user.

Inspection: On the appointment date, the user clicks "Start Inspection," fills out the "New Site Inspection" tab, and completes the process via the wizard. When products are entered with pricing, the system automatically calculates the commission earnings for the assigned salesperson in real time.

Quotation: A quote is created based on the inspection, and also you can preview the PDF by clicking on Preview button.

Approval: The Team Leader reviews the quote and forwards it to the CRM Manager for final approval.

Client Action: The Manager clicks "Offer Quote." The client receives an email, logs into the portal, and confirms the order, updating the CRM stage automatically.

Installation Initiation: After Quotation Confirmed by User , You can get back to CRM Lead and Start Install Initiation Stage and User receives the mail and Completed Installation by clicking the button Mark Installation as Completed.
