Inspection: On the appointment date, the user clicks "Start Inspection," fills out the "New Site Inspection" tab, and completes the process via the wizard. When products are entered with pricing, the system automatically calculates the commission earnings for the assigned salesperson in real time.
Quotation: A quote is created based on the inspection, and also you can preview the PDF by clicking on Preview button.
Approval: The Team Leader reviews the quote and forwards it to the CRM Manager for final approval.
Client Action: The Manager clicks "Offer Quote." The client receives an email, logs into the portal, and confirms the order, updating the CRM stage automatically.
Installation Initiation: After Quotation Confirmed by User , You can get back to CRM Lead and Start Install Initiation Stage and User receives the mail and Completed Installation by clicking the button Mark Installation as Completed.
