Odoo Kit (ConvertKit) Connector: Real-time Subscriber & Broadcast Sync
The Odoo Kit (ConvertKit) Connector bridges
the gap between your
Odoo CRM and the powerful Kit email marketing platform. This robust Kit Odoo connector allows
businesses to fetch, track, and audit subscriber list activities, landing page acquisitions, and
sent broadcast campaigns.
By integrating live data, you keep your customer support, sales, and marketing teams 100% in-sync
without leaving your Odoo dashboard.
This Odoo marketing integration module is
designed to simplify complex marketing operations
by establishing a secure, automated data-ingestion pipeline. By acting as a safe read-only mirror,
Odoo queries the Kit platform
and automatically maps subscribers to standard Odoo Contacts (Partners). This completely protects
your critical marketing lists
from accidental CRM overwrites or automated database clutter.
Elevate your Odoo marketing management system
with a solution that
prioritizes transparency, security, and live intelligence. Whether you are running e-commerce sales
or complex B2B pipelines,
this integration empowers your team to view current marketing histories, campaign statistics, and
unsubscribe events side-by-side
with active sales opportunities.

Set Up Guide
Step 1: Install the Module
Download and install the Odoo Kit (ConvertKit) Connector: Real-time Subscriber & Broadcast Sync module from the Odoo Apps Store.
Step 2: Connect via OAuth 2.0
Go to Email Marketing >> Kit >> Configuration >> Accounts.
Create a new account, configure your Client ID and Client Secret, then click Connect
Kit to authenticate securely.
Step 3: Setup Public Webhook URLs
Ensure your Odoo instance is accessible via an HTTPS domain (or a secure ngrok tunnel).
Under Webhook configuration, register your endpoint to immediately listen for bounce, deactivate,
and unsubscribe webhook payloads.
Workflow
Step 1: Relational Schema Mapping (Data Structuring)
Database Sync Control: When synchronization initiates, Odoo queries the Kit platform, retrieves paginated payloads, and formats the response. Subscribers map to standard Odoo Contacts, forms map to lead parameters, and historical broadcasts map into native Odoo Campaign histories.
Step 2: Background Ingestion (Automated Pull Scheduler)
Automated Crons: To avoid taxing Odoo server performance, administrators toggle independent background scheduled actions. These crons pull delta changes for subscribers, forms, and broadcasts at custom, optimized intervals without requiring manual triggers.
Step 3: Operational Ingestion Audit Logs (Sync & Webhook History)
Audit Logs Tracking: Administrators go to Email Marketing >> Kit >> Sync Logs. Every operation, webhook event log, and REST request is recorded with raw JSON payloads, returned HTTP headers, execution states, and detailed failure outputs for comprehensive operational auditability.
