3. Unit Management

Units are individual sellable items inside a property (apartments, offices, plots). They extend Odoo's product.template and carry their own lifecycle that stays automatically in sync with sale orders and invoices.

Draft → Available → Booked → Sold (auto on sale confirm + full payment)

When a Sale Order is confirmed → unit goes Booked. When all invoices are paid → unit goes Sold. If the order is cancelled → unit reverts to Available.
