After installing the module

Go to Partners and set the driver informations

These informations will be generated automatically when you choose that partner

Now go to Rent Management menu

Open list of vehicles

Here you can create your vehicles

Now go to Rentals menu

Here you have all your rent contracts

Notice fields in red square

Lets creats a new contract

You can choose drivers from created partners

You can choose a vehicle from created vehicles

You can add a start and end date

Now lets add some products

After you confirm the contract

You will have some new options (like create an invoice / extend or complete)

And the rental status will change according to the start / end date

Once the contract is confirmed

A calendar record will be created.

When the customer have to return the vehicle today

The rental status will appear as for today

Then you will have 2 options:

Option 1

Extend

Will add a new page at the bottom of the contract to add extensions, you can add as many as you want and the dynamic "Rental status" field will follow. This will also create Calendar records automatically.

When you add an extension the Rental status will pass from "For today" to "in Progess"

Option 2

Complete

Will set the rental status to completed

When a contract is late

Users will automatically get a notification

You can print the contract from the rent contracts or from the invoice. From the rent contracts, select a contract and click on : Rental contract report

If the contract is not invoiced

You will get this message

Once the contract is invoiced and paid, a new button will appear.

Now we can print the contract
