Overview

This module adds option to design your invoice print. The module contains set of colorful designs and you can design in your color code. The end user can configure the invoice fields easily. If you need any help, please contact abdullah@bisolv.com .

How I can use these themes?

First, You copy the commands of the theme.

Next, you need to click on the Console button.

Then, paste the copied content into the console.


Set up Screen

After activating Developer Mode, a new menu will appear, providing the option to design your custom template under the Accounting/Invoicing configuration menu.



Set up the header.

The header section is divided into three parts, allowing you to configure the data displayed in each part.


You can add/remove the company fields which to be displayed in the header (including Odoo-Studio fields & third-party app fields).
You can set field label.
You can set separator (Eg. Comma, New Line etc).
You can change order of the fields by dragging.
You can set images too as header and footer.

Field Details

Here Display Field is the field of Many2one dropdown which is used to display content. For example, the default display of Country field is with country code. If you want to display country name only, you can choose Country Name field as display field (as shown in the screenshot).

Set up the Footer.

The footer section is divided into three parts, allowing you to configure the data displayed in each part.

Tip: If you want to remove the header from the report, simply upload a blank white image. This is useful when the header is already included in the letterhead.

The entire header will be replaced by your uploaded image.

Set up the fields to be displayed in the invoice lines.

You can change order of the fields by dragging.


Set up the Other Fields - (Near Customer Details)


Set up the fields to be displayed near customer details.

You can add/remove the fields (including Odoo-Studio fields & third-party app fields).
You can set field label.
You can mention that whether the field should be hidden or displayed if value is null.
You can change order of the fields by dragging.


Set up the Other Fields - (Amount Summary)


Set up the fields to be displayed in Amount Summary.

You can add/remove the fields (including Odoo-Studio fields & third-party app fields).
You can set field label.
You can mention that whether the field should be hidden or displayed if value is null.
You can change order of the fields by dragging.


Show tax amount separately.

The tax amount can be shown separately in the amount summary section.

Here is the configuration to show tax amount separately.

You can configure it to either show or hide the tax in the amount summary if the tax amount is zero.

Show Amount In Words


Option to activate amount in words

Add serial number column to the invoice lines


Activate the serial number column in the invoice line and set a custom name for the column header to be displayed.

Show the product image in the invoice lines

You have option to display the product image within the invoice lines.

You can add a new field to display the product image and adjust its position by dragging it.

The field should be 'Product' (Journal Item), and the display field should be an Image field.

QRCode


There is an option to show a QR code in the invoice, in cases like EDI, ZATCA.

Select a design in the invoice form. If no design is selected, the first design will be chosen by default.

Select a design in the customer form. This design will automatically appear in the invoice form.

Set up Paperformat

Configure desired paper format for the report.

Thousand separator for the amount fields.

Decimal separator

Decimal separator for the amount fields

Set Direction

Set direction as RTL (right-to-left) or LTR (left-to-right).

Save the designs to the print dropdown.

You can add the designs to the print dropdown.


Upload logo

You can upload a logo specifically for this report.

Design signature boxes for customers to sign.

You can design signature boxes.

Here, you can configure it.

You can enter comma-separated values. If you don’t need the signature box, just leave the values empty. Then, the signature box section will disappear.

Set Font Size

You can set font size of the report.

Set Line height

You can set line height of the report text. Line height in a report is the space between lines of text. It affects readability and the report's look. More space feels open and easy to read, while less space fits more text on the page.

Set Watermark for the report

You can set a watermark for the report by attaching a PDF file.

This module is exclusively for sales invoices and credit notes. We are planning to release the other documents as separate apps, just as we did for previous versions.
